Assists the Treasurer.

Works with Intergroup’s Treasurer and subcommittees to manage committee budgets.
email Intergroup Accessibility Chair
Assists A.A. members who have a variety of challenges in accessing the AA message in AA meetings, Twelve Step work, and other AA services.

Plans and organizes AA outreach events for HAI Intergroup.

Takes AA Meetings into Cumberland County, Dauphin County, Dauphin County Work Release Perry County Prison, and SCI Camp Hill State Prison.

Researches Local A.A. Group’s History for the Harrisburg Area Intergroup and collaborates with District 36 Archivist. Meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Fellowship House (for now we are doing virtual online meetings.)

Institutions & Treatment Centers Committee: Trevor B.
Carries the message and meetings to treatment centers, provides local treatment centers and institutions with literature, educates professionals with information about what AA is and what AA is not. This committee needs involvement and speakers to carry the message to local rehabs and treatment centers.

Public Information Committee: Sondra S. 
Carries the message of AA to hospitals, institutions, jails, and schools. Distributes literature and information to the general public.

Manages the AAHarrisburg.org website, keeps meeting lists up to date, and updates local AA events.
