Accepts 7th Tradition money for intergroup, reimburses individuals for group expenses and reports monthly the credit and debit of Intergroup.

Assists the Treasurer.
|
|
|
Finance Subcommittee: Cheryl D.
Works with Intergroup’s Treasurer and subcommittees to manage committee budgets.
|
|
|
Accessibility Committee: Joe E.
Assists A.A. members who have a variety of challenges in accessing the AA message in AA meetings, Twelve Step work, and other AA services.
|
|
|
Activities Committee: Sabrena H.
Plans and organizes AA outreach events for HAI Intergroup. |
|
Cooperation with the Professional Community (CPC) Committee: Chris B. Carries the AA message to businesses and organizations within the professional community. |

|
Corrections Committee: Mandi D. & Steve T.
Takes AA Meetings into Cumberland County, Dauphin County, Dauphin County Work Release Perry County Prison, and SCI Camp Hill State Prison. |

History Committee: Norm S.
Researches Local A.A. Group’s History for the Harrisburg Area Intergroup and collaborates with District 36 Archivist. Meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Fellowship House (for now we are doing virtual online meetings.)

Hotline Committee: April B.
Provides a live contact for people looking for meetings, resources, or information. |

|
Institutions & Treatment Centers Committee: Trevor B.
Carries the message and meetings to treatment centers, provides local treatment centers and institutions with literature, educates professionals with information about what AA is and what AA is not. This committee needs involvement and speakers to carry the message to local rehabs and treatment centers. |

|
Literature Committee: Monique M., Rick H., Joyce T.
Maintains library of AA literature and materials for general consumption and runs the Mobile Bookstore at various AA events. |
|
Public Information Committee: Open Position Carries the message of AA to hospitals, institutions, jails, and schools. Distributes literature and information to the general public. |
|
|
Unity Committee: Matt G.
Visits groups within the area to offer information on the role of Harrisburg Area Intergroup and provide information about service opportunities within HAI.

Website Committee: Judy W. & Jose A. Manages the AAHarrisburg.org website, keeps meeting lists up to date, and updates local AA events. |
